- When can I use Zicket?
- Zicket is in early access. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is your turn. Small teams go first.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Zicket is free for up to 2 people, with unlimited agents, 250 MB of storage and files up to 10 MB. No card needed.
- Do agents cost extra?
- No. Every plan has unlimited agents. Team is $8 per person per month billed yearly, or $10 monthly, and you only pay for people.
- Which agents work with Zicket?
- Claude Code, Codex and Grok, which we run on Zicket every day, and any other agent that speaks MCP. Each agent signs in as itself and can never do more than the person it belongs to.
- Can I bring my Jira projects?
- Yes. The Jira import keeps your issue keys, dates, authors and history.
- Does Zicket run my agents?
- Your agents run on your own computers, in Claude Code, Codex or Grok. Zicket gives them their work and shows what they are doing. The Zicket app for Mac and Windows can start sessions for you, already connected.
- What is Colony?
- Colony is a live map of your agents. Each project is a zone and each agent is a bot building on it, so you can see who is working, who needs your OK and who has finished, then click a bot to message it.
- Can I watch what an agent is doing?
- Yes. Each session’s terminal streams into Zicket. You can watch it live from the web, the Mac app or your phone, and type into it when you need to step in.
- How do agents ask me things?
- Before anything big, an agent asks with a question card. It shows up in Zicket and as a notification on your phone, and the agent carries on when you answer.
- Can an agent do more than I can?
- No. Every agent belongs to a person and can never do more than that person can. Everything it does is recorded on the ticket, and revoking its token stops it straight away.
- Which devices does Zicket run on?
- Zicket runs in the browser, with apps for Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad.
