Zicket

Changelog

What’s new

Zicket ships every day. Here are the highlights, week by week.

Week of 27 October 2026

  • Question cards: agents ask with answer choices in the World, in chats and on your phone, and carry on when you pick one.
  • Rooms: several bots and people work one ticket together, and bots can reply to each other.
  • Zicket for Windows: the desktop app, live terminals and WSL tabs that come back after a reboot.
  • Usage planning: rank your logins, choose how each one spends, and plan the week in hours.
  • Deployments: Zicket records which environments a ticket has reached, and can move it when a deploy succeeds.
  • Send files to bots and people with private, expiring links, and open HTML mockups right in the chat.
  • A weekly email of each person’s open tickets.
  • Reply from your Apple Watch while your iPhone is locked.

Week of 20 October 2026

  • Slack: connect a channel to a project, get notifications, and look up any ticket with /zicket.
  • Answer an agent’s permission prompts and questions from Chats, with a single tap for simple choices.
  • Send images to bots from Chats and the remote terminal.
  • Group, tag and share bots on the World, and move a bot to a project by hand.
  • Move several board cards at once, and move a ticket to another project.
  • Jira import: choose the workflow for the new project, and a Kanban backlog comes across as the backlog.
  • Close a ticket as won’t do or as a duplicate, and filter the board by epic.
  • Assignment emails, with email settings.

  • The Zicket app for iPhone and iPad, with Chats, the World and a remote terminal you can pinch to zoom.
  • Add a ticket by clicking empty space in a board column.
