Who we are

Zicket is made by ZGuy. This policy covers this website, zicket.net. The Zicket app at app.zicket.net has its own terms, which you agree to when you create an account.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and, if you choose, which agents you use. We send one email to confirm the address before you are added.
• Contact form: your name, email, company if you give it, and your message.
• Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To email you when early access opens, and to send occasional Zicket news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To reply to your message.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is kept

Waitlist sign-ups and messages are stored in our support desk, which sends email through Postmark. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare. These providers process the data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with its link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the contact form or email privacy@zicket.net.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
